Branch Strategic Plan 2025-2027

Focus: Strive for a politically aware branch in alignment with AAUW goals. Examine and improve branch diversity, equity, and inclusion.

1. Promote girls’ interest in STEM by continuing to support attendance at Tech Trek summer
   camp and encouraging mentoring by camp alumnae.

2. Continue to promote higher education through expansion of the college scholarship program.

3. Recruit new members of diverse backgrounds.

4. Promote inclusion of new members and value of continued members in the branch with events
   that bring the branch together and through member-to-member relationships.

5. Promote social justice and civil rights by relaying factual information, encouraging voting, and
   participating in public policy.

6. Share aligned strategies with AAUW by planning and participating in 5-Star program.
